After days of pain, researching tons of websites, checking out the source of this problem, I finally found the answer. Karel Varel's solution finally worked. All I did were delete the two Steam files in System Days of shit to deal with. Uninstalling steam, uninstalling games, messing with the launch options, tags, upgrading shit, relocating dll, and more.

Posted By: nico heh on Jun Go into the location it says which should be bin in your counter strike source folder then delete everything in the bin folder its what i did and it works fine!!!!

Confirmed for me on cs-source. Delete or cut if you wish the contents out of the bin folder, and then if you havent already exit steam, restart and try and run the game it will re download the dll's and ta-da youre back in business. I got mine to work by..
