My biggest complaints were that drivers were only offered part time and in order to get more hours or a pay raise, you had to move up to working the counter. If NAPA offered more positions inside the store, the stores might be more productive. There were way too many days where the store needed to be stocked and things put back or pulled, but it's been such a busy day for in-store customers and deliveries, that no one has been able to do any of it or input inventory. Other than the unorganized chaos, it was a decent place to be, as a side job, unless you plan to move up.

This type of work is better suited for teenagers first starting out. There's no career in Napa, unless it's corporate but good luck moving up the ladder at all. Pros employee discounts. Little to no assistance when needed when helping customers from other employees or management. Management is nice to work with and willing to give time off as needed.

Pros Management is nice. Cons No breaks. Over all a decent company to work for. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly work environment hampered by oblivious upper management Commercial, Wholesale, and Retail Sales Former Employee - Indianapolis, IN - January 5, Store level people are very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Corporate makes the essential functions of the work place as difficult and complex as humanly possible. Certain locations in the company have stale stock shoved into overcrowded stores.

Benefits package is fantastic in comparison to most companies. Salaries and rate of pay are low for the amount of expertise and professionalism the company projects. Pros Friendly store associates and drivers, excellent place to gain automotive parts experience, great benefits. Cons Horrible upper management. Care to share? Help people considering your employer. Share your experience. NAPA and there store's.
